There are always a few things that you can count on about every Century Hardware employee:

George Carlin, our warehouse manager, fits all that perfectly. His enthusiasm is boundless, and, like the comedian with whom he shares a name, he’s a funny guy.
Of course, it could have something to do with his last job, where he worked in the freezer of a dairy company picking ice cream orders. The temperature would drop to -41 degrees.
At Century Hardware, where we make hardware for the window industry, George has found a much warmer environment, literally and figuratively. Every day he learns more and more about the business, and gets better at what he does:
