What he does: Helps develop new products, like our new swinging door hardware; interacts with the sales staff on a variety of issues; and deals with our factories, both here and abroad.

Tom Campbell really enjoys his job.
Tom’s our Operations Manager, and he’s been with the company since it started back in 1995. In fact, he’s been part of the “family” that owns our company for nearly two decades.
The satisfaction he gets from helping our clients makes his job feel less like work:
